APRIL BROWN

April began her musical journey as a drummer in her parents’ church, where her gift quickly blossomed into an anointed ministry. While faithfully serving on the drums, she discovered her passion for singing, which soon became central to her calling. This shift led her to lead worship and eventually step into the role of Choir Director.

As a pre-teen and teenager, April traveled across the country with her father’s singing group, Bishop L.C. Terry & Daughters Divine, where she served as a lead singer. During this time, she recognized the deeper call of God on her life—to minister through pure worship and to release music that moves the heart of God. With that conviction, April began recording, always seeking God’s perfect will for her life.

Alongside her husband and producer, Demar Brown Sr., April embraced family life, and together they welcomed three sons. In the midst of building her family, the Lord called her to re-establish her covenant with Him, which birthed her debut solo project, The Inception. From this project came her singles, Endless Love (2012) and Just for Me (2013), which ministered hope and God’s love to many.

In 2014, April expanded her ministry by becoming a certified Life Coach through the Universal Coach Institute. She went on to establish Believers Inc., a mentoring and coaching program designed to guide both believers and unbelievers in discovering who they are in life and in Christ.

Now a proud mother of three, April continues to walk boldly in her calling. Her sophomore project, The Jesus Encounter Live, is available on all digital outlets. This powerful project carries prophetic declarations, songs of healing, and messages of hope. April’s prayer is that the anointing of God will remain on her life, her music, and every endeavor as she and her family continue to serve the Kingdom of God.
